Paul Zeller Memorial Fund

In 2006, family members of the victim, Paul Matthew Zeller, set up a memorial fund in hopes of raising enough money to offer as a reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the individual responsible for Paul's death.

Donations / Contributions to this fund have allowed the family to offer a $5,000 reward for such information.

A little over a year since the incident occurred, however, the Arlington County Police Department announced a substantial increase in the reward amount being offered for information regarding this unsolved homicide case on July 11th, 2007, after releasing video surveillance footage of Paul Zeller's last known whereabouts; recorded just minutes before his murder.

The footage was obtained from the Harris Teeter market and upon its release to the public, the Director of Communications for the Harris Teeter grocery chain, Jennifer Panetta, pledged to match the $5,000 reward raised by family, friends and neighbors of the 24 year old victim, bringing the total amount of the reward to $10,000 for information leading to the arrest of Paul Zeller's assailant.
